Proposed Student Data Privacy Bill does Little to Protect Privacy

The legislators will brag about their efforts to protect privacy but an article by Valerie Strauss in the Washington Post shows that the Student Digital Privacy and Parental Rights Act is a sham. It doesn’t protect either digital privacy or parental rights.
