Google Now Offers New Settings for 2-Step Verification

Google has just released a significant security upgrade. The company is now offering multiple ways to approve sign-in requests via 2SV—by tapping a Security Key, by entering a verification code sent to your phone or, starting today, by approving a new prompt that will pop up on your phone.

You can now choose from any of these options in the Sign-in & Security > Signing in to Google > 2-Step Verification section of My Account at https://myaccount.google.com/.
