Leaving Facebook: a New Proposal by Social Networkers Revolution Populi

Revolution Populi is a group that makes the case that people’s data and privacy should belong to each individual, not to the tech giants that horde that data.

The team has released the broad outlines of a plan to give the database of user data, in blockchain form, to the people, and to let a thousand flowers bloom, in the form of new social networking apps that will be built on top of the blockchain.
